2022 Secondary Assistance Scheme (SAS) Applications

A reminder to Parent/Carers who are the holder of an eligible Centrelink Healthcare, Pensioner Concession or Veterans’ Affairs Pensioner Card that SAS Applications must be submitted by Friday 8 April 2022
Where eligible, applicants are entitled to a $235 Education Allowance (paid to the school) and $115 Clothing Allowance (can be paid to parent or school). Application forms are available from the Administration Office (students are welcome to collect these for you) or via our website. The concession card must be sighted by a School Officer on submission of the application. Email applications are welcome at this time to minimise foot traffic through the Administration office. The fully completed, signed and unaltered application form alongside both sides of the concession card can be emailed to Lesmurdie.SHS@education.wa.edu.au
