Application Process
We invite parents and carers to apply to enrol their child at Lesmurdie Senior High School. We encourage you to lodge your application for the following year, prior to the end of Week 1, Term 3. Please read about our local area intake and the overview of the enrolment process before completing Application for Enrolment Form and the Third-Party Consent.

Enrolment Forms
Once your completed enrolment and documentation is received, you will be contacted to make an appointment with the relevant Deputy Principal (does not apply to Year 7 students commencing at the beginning of the year).
